“…hypnotherapy and flagstaff hypnosis was very revealing, and far more helpful than six+ years of cognitive behavioral therapy have been.”

WHY YOU SHOULD TRY FLAGSTAFF HYPNOSIS
The word “hypnosis” comes from Greek mythology. There is a minor deity named Hypnos, who is the personification of sleep. Back in the mid-1800s, Dr. James Braid thought this relaxed state of mind and body sort of looked like sleep so he named this meditative state “hypnosis”, and it has stuck for over 200 years.
The first big step is the desire for change, as no matter your family history or what you’ve been through, what you choose to do today has the greatest effect on your tomorrow.
We can certainly work on thinking processes as your thoughts and beliefs create emotions, thoughts, beliefs and emotions create behaviors and actions, and behaviors and actions create your experience of life. Change your thoughts and beliefs and you can create a new way of being, firing new neural patterns in your brain to create a new way of experiencing life.
And yes, we’ll go over the goals you’d like to achieve. We’ll go over what you don’t want in your life and more importantly what you do want. You choose the words to use as the issues reside in your subconscious mind, therefore you know what the problem is and you know what the answer is.
This is why using flagstaff hypnotherapy only takes 4-5 sessions on average and not 10 months of weekly talk therapy, because we go directly to the programming and beliefs in the subconscious mind to effect change in your life.
I wonder what wonderful things you will create and manifest – first in your subconscious mind and then in your waking, every day, conscious life. It will be wonderful to see how your actions improve your life and leave this world a better place.
“People think hypnosis is a means of taking away control, but it is actually a means of enhancing control, over perceptions such as pain, anxiety, habits, stress.
I teach my patients to use it for themselves to address the problem they are dealing with. It is a powerful treatment extender.”
